The Metal Seated Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is manufactured according to API 6D standards, featuring a stainless steel ASTM A182 F316 body for superior corrosion resistance and durability. With a size of 4 inches (DN100) and a pressure class of 900 LB (PN150), it is designed for high-pressure applications. The valve includes RF (Raised Face) ends and is gear box operated for ease of control and reliable performance.
The Metal Seated Ball Valve features a metal-to-metal sealing mechanism for the ball and seat, ensuring enhanced durability in harsh operating conditions. Various advanced hardening technologies are used for the ball and seat, including HVOF coating, nickel-based alloy spray welding, and tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, among others. The sealing face material offers exceptional heat resistance, ranging from 540°C to 980°C, along with outstanding wear and impact resistance. The seat is made of stainless steel with stellite alloy pile-up welding, while the ball is crafted from stainless steel and treated with hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, or tungsten-titanium alloy and stellite alloy pile-up welding. The valve is also equipped with a spring-preloaded seat, ensuring reliable sealing, stability of operating torque, and operational flexibility.
