This 10-inch (DN250) valve features a carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB body, with a Class 600 LB (PN100) pressure rating, making it suitable for high-pressure applications. Metal Seated Ball Valves utilize a metal-to-metal sealing mode between the ball and seat, providing high-performance sealing in extreme conditions. Depending on the service conditions and user requirements, advanced hardening technologies are applied to the ball and seat, including HVOF coating, nickel-based alloy spray welding, tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, and cobalt-based hard alloy spray welding. These technologies allow the sealing faces to withstand temperatures ranging from 540°C to 980°C. The seat is made of stainless steel with stellite alloy pile-up welding, while the ball is constructed from stainless steel with treatments such as hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, and tungsten-titanium alloy. This ensures high resistance to heat, wear, and impact. Additionally, the valve features a spring-preloading seat, guaranteeing reliable sealing, stable operating torque, and operational flexibility, ensuring safety and convenience in design.
