We are a leading supplier of high-performance Duplex Stainless Steel Ball Valves, featuring metal-seated designs that meet the stringent requirements of API 6D. Our valves are constructed from durable ASTM A182 F51 material, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Available in a 12-inch size (DN300) with a robust Class 1500 LB pressure rating (equivalent to PN250), they are equipped with RTJ flanged ends for secure and leak-tight connections.

The Metal-Seated Ball Valve employs a metal-to-metal sealing mechanism for both the ball and seat. Depending on service conditions and user requirements, various advanced ball and seat hardening technologies are used, including HVOF coating, nickel-base alloy spray welding, tungsten carbide alloy spray welding, and cobalt-base hard alloy spray welding. The sealing face material offers excellent heat resistance, typically ranging from 540°C to 600°C, with a maximum heat resistance of up to 980°C.
These materials also exhibit strong wear and impact resistance, ensuring durability under demanding conditions. The valve seat is made of stainless steel, with stellite alloy pile-up welding, while the ball is stainless steel, treated with hard chrome plating, vacuum coating, or tungsten-titanium alloy and stellite alloy welding to meet the required heat and wear resistance standards.
Our innovative ball manufacturing process achieves high-precision and super mirror surface processing, enhancing the valve's performance. A spring-preloaded seat design further ensures sealing reliability and stable operating torque, contributing to the valve's safety, sealing effectiveness, and ease of operation in various structural configurations.
