Our Carbon Steel Oilfield Ball Valve plant produces high-quality valves designed for demanding oilfield applications. These valves are constructed from durable ASTM A216 WCB material. With a 2-inch (DN50) size and a pressure rating of 3000 PSI WOG, they offer robust performance. The full port design ensures unrestricted flow, while the 2-piece construction allows for easy maintenance and inspection. Equipped with NPT ends for secure connections and operated by a lever for simplicity.

This is an oil field ball valve, which includes a ball valve body and valve tubes. The left and right sides of the ball valve body are equipped with valve tubes. The right side of the inner cavity of the ball valve body features a second slide rail. The valve rod runs through the ball valve body. A stable block is installed at the top of the valve rod, with a handwheel fixedly installed at the top of the stable block. A limit device is installed within the inner cavity of the valve rod.
