The Monoflange SBB Ball Valves are engineered to replace traditional multi-valve setups used for interfacing with pressure measuring systems. Featuring an integrated forged body, the valve and instrument piping are combined into a single, robust unit. The high-strength valve cap design prevents stem blowout, enhancing safety during operation. This valve combines a needle-shaped ball valve with a needle valve, offering versatile flow control options. An extended valve body option is available to provide insulation distance when needed. Each valve is equipped with a traceable release port and plug, and undergoes rigorous sealing tests using 7 MPa nitrogen gas and 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure to ensure leak-tight performance before leaving the factory.
