The API 6D Floating Ball Valves Factory produces high-performance ball valves made from forged stainless steel (ASTM A182 F316L). Forged Floating Ball Valves are engineered with a design that supports the ball using two PTFE seats, one upstream and one downstream. The upstream line pressure pushes the ball against the downstream seat, ensuring a tight shutoff for efficient fluid control. All cast floating ball valves are manufactured using high-quality castings and certified fire-safe designs in accordance with BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA, meeting all applicable ASME standards. These valves are available in One-Piece Uni-body, Two-Piece Split Body, and Three-Piece Bolted Body configurations.
